"Portizuelo's Devil", in Asturias (Spain). You need to do some acrobatics to get to Portizuelo when the tide is high, blocking access to the beach; however, the landscape there is definitely worth the shower.

Thank you very much Dave! Yes, for me the rocks are what made the image - stepping stones to the Devil!
