It was windy and very rainy this week which is why all the mist in the photo. I was knee deep in waders to try and get a better position. Hope you like it. C+C welcome

Hi Dmitri,

The low contrast works really well for mood in the overcast or shadowed light, and the shutterspeed is well chosen. The bright bit of sky in the upper right is a bit distracting and draws the eye away from the rest of the image.

Thanks Tim, I would have to agree, but it actually doesn't look this way on the original image, it happened when downsizing for some reason. Thanks for the feedback!
