I am not very good at identifying terns but I think this is an Elegant Tern after a dive... If you can identify it, please let me know; I am a little thrown off by the slightly orange feet...

Least tern sounds like a very good identification. Probably transitioning away from the breeding plumage. Thanks for the help.
