I've been wanting to do this hike because it leads to a really nice view of Angels Landing, but the clouds that started out in the morning left me with not good light in the after noon for the view.

Ditto on the second one, Lynn. The first one comes really close. What focal length did you use for these shots?

Thanks for the comment also, I used a 24mm on the first one and a 45mm on the second ....

Wow Lynn! This is such a vertical hike. You are a brave soul to do it. It's kinda hot too.

I like the layer and enormous depths in #1 picture. That just goes down and down and down some more. You've captured that well AND also been able to include some sky too. Nice.
