I use the Think Tank Turnstyle 10 for my Sony gear when walking the city. I can put for instance my 85 1.8, Batis 18 and FE 35 1.4 on either A9 or A7rII. Love this bag but I just got a email today a new PhotoCross 10 from Mindshift.
I bought it immediately

One thing I don't like about sling bags in general, somehow it accentuates my (bulging) tummy

. For folks that do not have this issue.... yet, that seems to be a nice bag. No question about my need of getting rid of the tummy but....

You lost 45 pounds? Wow, that's impressive! I need to loose some 30 pounds or so but instead I am gaining weight, it feels like it, at least and that sucks

Honestly I'm a bag whore but this question comes up a lot on what bag to buy and for a lot of us we have several depending on need on any given day so I thought I would post it in case anyone is looking. I'm a fan of TT bags and they bought Mindshift. I have a Peak Design backpack and a Tenba Copper 10 slim also but I use the sling bag a lot so I'm hoping this replaces my Turnstyle

It looks like a very nice bag, but why do you think it is special or better than the Think Tank Turnstyle? It looks very similar to me.

I think it has a little extra room for accessories and it looks a touch wider which would be nice. I have yet to check dimensions.

Exterior it's bigger so I'm assuming more room for accessories.

Interior is the same except the new one does not taper like the turn style 10 and that would help a lot as that controls the depth of a lens so the tapper really restricts that. I could probably get the Batis 135 in a little better. For me worth a try as I have very limited room for batteries and such now

I also bought the 10 yesterday. You'll get it before me Guy, mine shipped but coming from California, it won't get here until next Thursday. I feared the 13 would make me want to carry too much. I only want to carry the a9, 24-70, and 1 prime. The 13 can fit a 70-200. And I don't know why someone would want to carry a 13" laptop in a sling bag.

I went for the grey, my wife said the orange piping and I don't get along. I like the water bottle pocket as well as the option to carry a tripod (though I probably won't). It looks much more comfortable to carry over most slings. I bought the Peak Design sling and didn't like how thin the padding was.

If you like sling bags, check out the Sling from Peak Design. I own and am a fan of many of their products, but a few of them of them really don't work very well. The Sling is one my favorite PD products.

PS: Switch back TO a DSLR - that'll make you look skinny.
And, downright small.

I used to use the Turnstyle 10 quite often but when I went to the A7RII and 70-200/4 and 24-70/2.8 and wanted to carry with one of the two attached -- have trouble fitting them both.. I first looked at the measurements and thought the new bag would not be any different but perhaps without the taper.. might be better??

Interesting, The demand must be high, I would've figured that they could get it out to you from CA to AZ faster than out to NJ. Might is coming on the 7th so I'll post some images and report my findings as well.
