Thanks for the comments. I've never tried flash for these. I think it would be tough with the length of the rope and the power provided with HSS.
My best photos have come in sweet light early or late in the day. I agree with the timing of the turn and spray. If everything comes together, the photos can be really nice. This one from a few years ago.

These were all taken up in Georgia in Callaway Gardens. We don't ski much locally anymore. Been an Lake Tarpon a bunch but have never been on Lake Parker.
