If you like shooting water falls then I highly suggest you find your way to Ricketts Glen State Park in Benton PA.
The Falls loop trail includes 20 falls in a span of several miles.
I just returned from a quick overnight trip and the water was really flowing. Here are a few from the trip.

Very nice--my wife's brother and family live in Dallas, but I've only managed to skip out on gatherings for a bit of hiking and trout fishing. (FWIW, I really like the monochrome final shot--definitely impressed how you keep the details in the background foliage, especially.)

Hi David,

What cool shots. I sure would like to visit Rickets some day. My favorite is #5 the B&W. A really nice composition, and well done with the B&W. My 2nd favorite is #1 if... you crop off that water along the bottom. I think it distracts from the nice flow off the falls.

For many years I spent hours during a six months period working in the darkroom while training in photography. When I began to train using color what I immediately noted was that the primary colors could make or break a photograph. With b&w it was the interplay of dark and bright light along with other tonalities what could make the image spectacular.
Your b&w image is spectacular. To me it is the most interesting photograph and I am not saying the others are not interesting because they are. I tend to favor No. 1.
There is a term that I can use for your b&w image and it is EXCELLENT.

When you head this way i have a whole list of places fro you to stop. Ricketts is a great stop with camping right at the top of the trial head.

Nice capture, indeed!
Yes, I also have been lingering going back to the Ricketts Glen for the spring shots of those beautiful waterfalls..
Maybe in June.
I love the B&W image. But I favor for the first image tad bit more.
The 1st image makes me breathe deep and hear the waterfalls as well as the sound of the wind through leaves!
