I was disappointed that it was cloudy and rainy, but after some processing, a kind of moody photo emerged.

I was in Missoula for my daughter's graduation from the University of Montana, so I'm sneaking a photo of her in here

She likes photography too.

EDIT: I re-processed the photo with a new color profile. The original is how it opened in Raw, but the new one is with a much cooler color balance.

Which do you prefer?

I like the first. The second is too blue. Somewhere in between would probably be my first choice though.

I agree with egd5...I like cooler temps but I think #2 is a bit too cool...imho, a compromise between 1 and 2 might be better.

Too me it's always a matter of taste, what I like some don't but the first is my favorite, a touch less red in those bushes it seems to take away from the rest of the scene, not much but it's the first thing I see, if that's your intent then great job.

#1 over #2 the 2nd has a very blue cast to it . Nice shutter speed here it completely conveys the moment of the water.
