I disagree obviously, I'm friends with the parents and the child is my godsons little brother. Different strokes for different folks... They saw the humor and defiance in the image, and are proud of it. If anything, the child in fifteen years will be bragging about how he pissed on his mom and dad because they forced him into a photo shoot...

I highly doubt 15 year olds 15 years from now will find a random newborn pic of someone that is not famous. If the kid ends up being famous, this pic will just add to the fame. lol.
