Geoff, doing most of my shooting with a 7D2, your pictures with the high ISO are great. Really like the colors in the third picture. Watch out for all your digits shooting in -20C

Thanks. My fingers are the one thing that I have to be careful with...otherwise I'm toasty warm but I still where fairly thing gloves with disposable heat packs in them.....those are good but if you handhold for awhile the fingers do get very cold.

Hey, magpies, ravens and redpolls aren't a bad day's work, especially lovelies like these. Never seen a redpoll for real but one of these days...... Great shots all around.

That first shot is amazing! If I ever catch the 400 DO II on the refurb store I will have a terrible time trying to resist it.

The last wins for me. The detail in both the white and darkest colored feathers are both very nice in that shot.
