No OS on the 135/1.8 | A (

) and while it lists OS for the 24-70/2.8 | A, OS isn't shown on the render of the lens (

). Of course, I don't doubt that it's there, as Sigma would likely not ship very many units without it.

The 100-400 | C looks to compete underneath the 100-400L II; hopefully it'll be a little better than the first version of that lens, while being lighter and more compact (given that it's slower and has a 67mm filter thread), making it a budget option between the 70-300 and xx0-400 lenses in various lineups.

And that 14/1.8 | A- this is one to look forward to!

If I had any further complaints, they would center on the 135 and 24-70 not being 'Sports' lenses, implying lesser robustness and sealing than Canikony versions.

14/1.8 and 135/1.8 look very tempting especially if the AF holds up well.

I'm drolling on the 14mm 1.8 wish the performance is on par with new Samyang 14mm 2.4 premium and I hope it doesn't cost a bomb

Wishful thought of the 24-70mm 2.8 performance are at the top with Canon's version

I wonder if there are plans for a 100-400 Sports version later on with 5.6 at 400 and weather sealing....closer to 100-400II in quality and 5.6 at 400.

Ugh, I think no IS on the 135 is a mistake. I can live without it at 85 but much longer than that and I begin to wish I had it. Looks like I'll be holding onto a 70-200

Yes it should save some size and weight over the CaNikon versions and that could be a plus for many...of course $$ savings will be expected also.

The only lens I *might* be interested in would be a revised Sporty 150-600 with better IQ and less weight.

No A mount coming but for E mount with the Sigma adaptor would be good. Although Sigma has said it will make E mount lenses soon but no idea if they will be total redesigns for E mount or these existing lenses. If I was an E mount shooter I would wait and see what native E mount Sigma announces first.

I just purchased the 100-400 II and would be interested in a lighter alternative even if it means giving up half a stop, but only if image quality (top quality wide open?), AF performance and close focus capability are very close to the Canon. That doesn't look likely for a non-Art lens that needs a decent price to sell in numbers, with all the competition ...

Amazing lens, but for APS-C users like me a smaller/lighter 1.8/14mm for crop sensor would be far more attractive.

This looks like way too big/heavy and expensive for a fast SWA prime on crop bodies, and there isn't anything even close (I'm only aware of a relatively big/heavy MF Samyang 2.0/16mm).

Looks like some more stupendous lenses from Sigma! Truth be told, however, I think I'd prefer an 85 / 1.8 IS over Sigma's 85 / 1.4A, as stellar as the 85 / 1.4A is, if the 85 / 1.8 IS was as much an improvement over the 85 / 1.8 as the 35 / 2 IS was over the 35 / 2.

Likewise, I'd prefer a 135 / 2.8 IS (yes, that's right -- 135 f/2.8 IS, not 135 f/2 IS) over the the 135 / 1.8A or a 135 / 2L IS. Sounds crazy, I know, but I'm thinking it would be more than good enough, and would probably be half the size, weight, and cost.

On the other hand, that 14 / 1.8A is looking mighty interesting, and it will be interesting to see how the 24-70 / 2.8A OS compares to the 24-70 / 2.8L II.

Lastly, while the 100-400 / 5-6.3C OS looks very interesting, I was hoping that Sigma might release a 100-300 / 4 OS at some point.

You nailed it - their 100-300/4 was pretty unique (there was a Tokina with similar stats but it wasn't nearly as good) but oddly enough it just went under without any sort of replacement. Now that 100-300/4 OS Sport would be something to drool over!

P. S. Like Arbitrage said, the stats of the 100-400 imply that like with the 150-600, there's some space for a more high-end Sports model. Maybe in a year or so, who knows.
