No one has answered your query so I thought I would. I have hesitated to do so because I am recovering from a broken hand and mounting the 24-240 on my wife's A6000 is a bit cumbersome for me now. Still, I like the lens a lot so here is my take on it.
It is a bit big and heavy and certainly not a one lens solution for me, most of the time. I also have a 28-70mm (came with one of the cameras), a 24-70mm, and my wife uses the 16-70mm so we have that range pretty well covered but each has its purpose.
I like the 28-70 because it is small, light and unobtrusive so I often just carry that for street photography like the Underground Music Showcase in Denver. The 24-70 along with my 16-35 is for traveling, both domestic and international, and they go together well, plus I may throw in a few other lenses. But I think of the 24-240 as my rodeo lens, for rodeos, powwows, and other events where a wide and long focal length works best. And it is pretty sharp. I have had prints from it in fine art shows, even won awards, and this past year had my own show titled Cowboys and Indians at the gallery in the Air Force Academy with many images shot with that lens.
I use A7/A7-2 cameras and it is pretty good on those. I generally shoot around f8 and brace myself against corrals, posts, and whatever else is usable. I did put it on my wife's A6000 to see how it feels and it is not bad. Most of the weight of that setup is the lens but is comfortable holding the lens in my left hand and working the camera controls with my right. Well, it would be, but my hand is still healing. Hope this all helps.
