Late model, I purchased as a Canon refurb in October or November of last year. Shutter count is just over 62k (62591 according to EOSCount, please see attached screen shot).
This camera has performed very well as a main camera and then later as a second camera when I got a 1DX. No issues to report and the included battery still holds an extremely good charge. There are some minor viewfinder dust, minor rub marks, and minor marks on the LCD as you can see in the pictures. It's what you'd expect for a camera that leaves the studio. I have since cleaned the LCD and the fingerprints visible in the one picture are no longer there.
While disappointing to many, the 5D Mark IV is actually a perfect replacement for my 5D3 and A7r-- I picked one up last week during the sale and am very happy with it. My Sony will be up for sale soon as well (PM if interested, it's not listed quite yet) and I will be happy to make a combo deal for them.
Includes most accessories that would be expected, I can't find the warranty card but am happy to include a copy of my receipt if you care to see it. Included accessories are pictured I will also include a 3rd party USB cable that I purchased and functions just fine. I'll remove the keychain ring which I connect my Holdfast to prior to shipping and brush the dust off the exterior for you.
