In case anyone else is searching for a solution for adding an Arca-style plate to their Sony RX10m3, I discovered that the Really Right Stuff BP-CS works perfectly. It can accommodate the extreme offset of the camera's tripod mount, and the ridge on the edge of the plate prevents twisting (yet doesn't interfere with the rear display).

Love the RRS plates. Top quality. Glad it worked out for you!

Just bought one for my 70-200 F4 foot plate. The way they make the plates fit multiple things is very innovative.

Thanks for the heads-up, wonder if that'd fit on my RX10ll? That tripod socket is a PITA.......

I know the body on the mark ii is thinner, but I'm guessing the plate would still work.
