Getting through all the pictures I took this past weekend from a backpacking trip in Jefferson Park. I was base camped there for 4 days and took day trips leading from there. I posted one earlier but here is a couple more. As always, let me know what you think. Thanks for looking

Dan, both of these are good and I'm partial to the bottom one. On that one, I'm thinking you used a polarizer and a wider angle lens as there is color variation in the sky. If you could even that out some, it would be even better. BTW - your other (night) shot is amazing.

Hey Jim thanks for your response. I didn't notice that before. I actually wasn't using a polarizer, that is just how the light was that morning I think. Now that you have pointed it out though, I definitely notice it and fixed it. Here is the new version

The first is great Dan. The grass in the foreground of the second creates subject confusion for me.

could have asked for it to be 20 degrees warmer and for the wind to be calm, but you can't have it all. Glad you liked the image
