Great captures, Ron. The last one of the cub is my favorite.
I hope you were in a vehicle when you took your bear shots. Years ago I came across a cinnamon colored black bear with two cubs in Northern New Mexico and she gave me a look that made it clear I should leave. I was back packing, but it took no time for me to put some space between us. I've read that bears can be very unpredictable, but I am far from an expert on the subject.
Thanks for sharing.
Thanx Phillip. Sometimes I can shoot from the vehicle, but most of these I stepped out of the car.

Very nice, Ron. Really like the pose of the fawn. You nailed the exposure.
Thanx Ryan. The fawn was fun because she kept running around.

Nice shots Ron. I would crop a little less and leave a bit more of the background. Especially in the first shot (unless here was something distracting you wanted to crop out).
Also, I would not feel the need to "explain" what you cropped. Cropping is part of the art of doing the print.
Thanx Jerry. Some here like to know how much the shots are cropped, but I did get carried away this time... Most of these are full frame - at least in one dimension, so there was not much more bg to add. What crops I did make were for comps, but some could have used a bit more space.

1,4 and 6 are my picks of this lovely set Ron. Looks like the wet weather did not keep you from having a great day.
