A couple weeks ago I spent a week camping on remote areas of Lake Superior. The week turned out to be amazing for weather, both foggy and stormy, and crystal clear for some nifty night shots as well. This is the first of a dozen or so shots. I'll be posting.

Storm clouds whirling over a Lake Superior coastal shelf near Grand Marais, Minnesota.
A pool of water reflects the fast moving storm clouds. A long exposure captures the fast moving storm formation.
28mm f/1.8 @ f/16 10 stop ND 92 seconds. (Love love love this lens! Super sharp and light-vs my 14-24)

Nice one Matt, this would make a great B&W too. Its a beautiful thing when the clouds are move parallel with the lens, and you nailed it. I hope to get something half as nice from Copper Harbor this September.

Beautiful contrasts in this image. The hardness of the rocks and wispiness of the clouds. The reflecting pool is awesome. Well seen and composed.

That is quite an explosion here. Cool shot.
If you like 28mm 1.8 lens you should try 24mm 1.8 one. It is one of my favourite lenses now and crazy sharp.

Thanks Artur, will definitely check out that lens. Really like having a lighter rig, and the quality of these new f/1.8 lenses is quite good!

Thanks for the kind words Mark. Working so many years in the premedia / photography / marketing industry, the constant hammering of images needing more "pop", to get noticed, has definitely influenced my processing. I'm forcing myself to try a new style, which is softer, and more delicate, as you'll see in the next bunch of images. Thanks again.
