Very nice lighting. The bottom of the images leaves me wondering what's going on down there. Maybe including more of his hands would've resolved that.

The shallow DOF works for this image, as does the straight angle of the shoulders to the camera. Maybe his head could be centered more though.

Agree with everything from Peter. The bottom needs to include his hands for two reasons: 1) they're cut off which leaves things feeling incomplete and 2) his shoulders are shrugged and we need to see why (his arms/hands are resting on something).

Agreed, the hands are distracting. He's holding a glass in the shoot, but I went tight with this one.

It's tilt shift in camera. Shot with a 90mm TSE, good eye. Sounds like the consensus is a square crop!
