Thank you very much Socrate. You described it right. The little head movements it gave, while trying to hide in the open by not moving suggested life is difficult for young rabbits in the real wild.

The little critter even sniffed my hand once. As Socrate said, a bit innocent. I hope it would behave differently if a real predator was around, but I suspect the basic instinct is to just sit still and hope the guy with the teeth/talons goes away. Thanks for commenting Morris.
