I'm a long time Canon user. Recently I got a ILCE 7R MII to use with my Canon lenses.I got a T Smart Metabone IV adapter for that. However, I can't get the zone focus area or expanded flex point selection to work with Canon 24-70 f2.8 II. It says that the selection is invalid with this lens. Especially zone selection I tend to use often. Is this a non-selectable option with third party lenses? Is there any work around?

I'll really appreciate any help.

I don't know what has been changed from firmware but the following is the default/earlier setup for MBV4:

Yeah, I see the exact same settings enabled with T smart MIV too. Thanks for confirming it. This is a bummer!
