Thought I would give a try at taking some formal pictures of our two Ragdoll kitten additions. I'm a self proclaimed dog person and always declared to my wife -- no cats! Well you know already how that played out! After losing our Golden of 15 years last summer and letting some time pass, my wife completed lots and lots of research on this breed. She made her case for getting one and given the high level of engagement they desire, I'm the one who said -- okay then let's get two! Anyway, they have been a joy to have and I have been pleasantly surprised how engaged they are with us. This bread is known for this, following us around the house wherever we go, greeting people who come to the door, etc. Taking pictures of them as kittens was no small task. I nearly gave up, but my wife suggested letting them sleep for a while and upon waking, she placed them into position and I quickly grabbed a couple shots. These were from a few months back and they are now getting bigger and their colors are coming in more each day. If any comments or suggestions, I'm always all ears for them. Thanks! Doug

Hi Doug...

First, you've got two great photographs here of some beautiful cats. I envy you, even though I have four of my own.

Second, as to suggestions, about my only thought would be to crop much tighter on both of photographs to exclude as much as possible of the floor and wallpaper background. For me, this would focus more attention on the cats themselves. On #2, I'd probably leave most of the basket, since that gives kind of a pleasant little "holder" for them.

Hope that helps, and keep posting. You can never have enough cats.
