Hey Doug,

Crop some off the bottom and some off the left side to remove that very distracting OOF area in the lower left and this would be a really nice shot.

I have to agree with Jim. That lower left out of focus kills it, especially since it's part of your foreground. It looks like an almost mid day shot too, interesting contrast and shadows are missing. The weather over the mountains is cool though.
