"Enchanted View"
Tunnel View, Yosemite National Park, 2016
I've been to Yosemite countless times and I have only seen Tunnel View twice in snow and this year being the best I have ever seen personally. There's really nothing quite like Yosemite with heavy snow. Originally my buddy and I were going to hit this spot for sunrise but the lot didn't get plowed and we had no place the park the car safely. We came back later in the day and luckily the light was still soft from the heavy fog.
Techy Stuff: This is a multi shot panoramic, stitched in LR and then edited in Adobe PS CC. I did not need to do any exposure blending as the RAW files contained enough to tame the highlights and lift some shadows cleanly. Just some d/b, levels/Curves with Luminosity masks.
