Both of these are stellar, normally I'm not a big fan of IR, but these really speak to me. Good use for that 30D

Nice IR shots. I like #1 the most but the top cloud has to go. Too distracting. My eyes go right to it and get stuck there. Cropping by scrolling and the image opens right up and my eyes start to explore. You could clone or crop but I feel it doesn't help the images.

Hey Ray,

Very cool scenes here. I agree with Scott about that cloud in #1. For that reason I prefer #2 the best here.

Scott and Jim, I have to confess I also had reservations about that cloud, but decided to leave it in, so I really appreciate your thoughts, I will probably take it out when and if I print this

Really cool IR shots with great compositions. You might try moving the cloud in 1 down down enough for it to communicate with the one below it. The sky feels a bit empty without it to my eye.
