p.1 #1 · p.1 #1 · More from the land of ice

I would share the names of the places we visited but I've run out of K's, L's and J's....every place has at least 12 letters and cannot be pronounced...sort of reminds me of Mr. Spock telling everyone his first name was unpronounceable ,much like our guide's who told us to call her Sif...her real first name was the last line on my eye chart I think.
Anyway here are a few more from Iceland...that I can pronounce.
Eric

Not even a raven!!!
Looks like Northern Canada. I'm surprised there is open water and just a small amount of snow. #4 is my pick.

Thanks Morris...I couldn't even imagine putting some of these names on the back of a sports jersey!

Thanks Harvey...glad you are enjoying them. This was really a spur of the moment trip I was able to take with my son....glad I did.

Hey KD, these are all in Iceland as to exact locations....not a clue...the names are unpronounceable and have at least 14 letters each!

Thanks Louie...cold and really windy...the wind chills probably brought the sub freezing temps into the single digits.

Good looking stuff Eric. Every time I have a week off, I have to work hard at talking myself out of going back. Super place for photographers.

Birdie

Thanks Birdie....well it's -1 with a windchill of -19 in NJ right now so the 17-32F weather there seems downright balmy...of course the wind of 20-40mph did make it feel much much colder.

Thanks so much...it was amazing and all in two days...of course only 4 hours sleep helps one pack in the experience to the max!

Hey Ken! So great to hear from you...hope all is well! Yes, it was a magical place and I fully understand why you would want to venture back.

2 looks like a fake village in model railroad scene, they keep their houses so neat. I expect a hand to come in and rearrange the vehicles. Like the blue water contrast with ice in 4. I assume? 5 is B/W. You hit the mark there, Eric. Nice set.

Wonderful photos of a true Fairyland, Eric! The village is truly a gem. I know you can't remember all the locales, but do you know the name of this village, or what larger village/city it's near? Thanks for sharing.
