I see it all the time, but it's on private property. doesn't matter because this bird is really skittish. I swear, it can read your mind while you are driving from about 400 yards away. You don't even put your foot on the brake and it's outta there. i am pretty good at getting close to hawks too.

Very cool to see, thanks for posting. I once had a Leucistic Anna's Hummingbird in my backyard for a few days.

A neat find Mark. There's a leucistic whitetail deer in a neighborhood not too far from me, but the sightings seem to be only every two or three weeks ~ Ron

Unusual creature. It probably has lots of practise avoiding trouble/attention, being the odd one out?

A neat looking bird for sure. We had a pure white red tail in our area a few weeks back.
