I like it. I like it quite a bit. I can see it in a gallery of portraits of the staff at a hospital. In such a gallery everybody would know these are nurses. Perhaps by itself, some or maybe even most would know its a nurse...but by itself maybe closing down the aperture just a bit and letting a bit more of the context show up would say nurse a little more emphatically.
Just a comment. I don't know what the picture is meant to be used for...and again...I like it a lot.
