Wonderful clouds / sky, and that partial rainbow is nice.
I think I would darken the foreground slightly and brighten the contrast on the hills a bit.

Very, VERY dramatic sky Pramote! I like your image "as is" but as Matt states..there are many edits that may bring more focus to parts of the image. To me the sky is the focal point so the rest of the composition does not detract from that BUT.....Matt has a great point!
