Light, texture, depth - boom! I do hear Jim's comment in my ear as I edit some similar San Diego scenes and catch myself always bringing out max details in the rocks, when sometimes some darkening of the nearest foreground (even just the edge - especially when the rocks aren't the main subject) can help draw the eye to the center w/o detracting from the foreground's effect. Good fine-point to adjust as appropriate - thx Jim!
