I just got the Canon 100-400iii and I LOVE it. I was a huge fan of the 70-300L and this is like it's bigger brother.
I unfortunately sent my Tamron 150-600 along with my 7dII to Tamron so they could try to make that lens play a little nicer with that body and I won't have the 7dII back until the 20th and it's killing me!
Keep posting terrific shots to tide me over!
Thanks. I did not find the bare Tamron did any better than the 100-400 II with a TC. JMO
