Probably not too useful, this is from my 7R, but in going through my images I realized 95% of what I shot with this lens was on my 5D2 which is even less useful. Anyway, this is at 3.5 and you can get some sense of the transition zone, some bokeh, and the sharpness. I just put it up for sale today, and I'll be sad to see it go. It's the equal or better of the 35 2.8 in most ways (less bokeh fringing, more or less equal sharpness, bokeh seems a bit smoother and it just draws a bit more organically) and it's cheaper by a *lot*, but it's kind of an awkward focal length if you have the 55 Sonnar as I do and using it adapted means you're limited in your focus modes. I enjoyed my time with the lens a lot. Anyway, full shot:
