Ten hours since this was posted and no feedback ? Hmmm...

Psych, you have got some nice pijuns and action there, very pleasant colours as well as promising framing/composition. You have also lowered yourself to the ground plenty, and many like that low perspective too.

I think there are two key improvement areas for you to consider:
(1) Shoot 400 f/5.6 bare, and try to get closer to them ducks. That should improve the sharpness significantly.
(2) Increase your shutter speed to at least 1/1250, otherwise your duck action shots will be soft. Your 1/400sec, or even 1/800sec, is way too slow once the ducks start to chase one another etc. That should also improve your shot clarity.

Good advice from PetKal, personally with these little speedsters I like to be shooting over 2000/s if they scoot or take flight.

If I am not looking for flight shots I would be shooting at 250/s or faster.

Hoodie Action was meant to convey Environmental rather than Forensic photography.

My location required a 2000mm F2,8 to produce acceptable results.

I have the EF2000 DO on order.

Cheers

No problem, we have only suggested some proven methods, such as MVeltri's safe shutter speed of 1/2000 sec for action of that sort, assuming your objective would be to get sharper shots.
However, it is obviously entirely up to you what you do with that, if anything.

Incidentally, if your 2000mm DO lens is well priced, I might order one too.
