Rainy days were what we were looking forward to this late Autumn in hope that the creeks in the southern Appalachia would be enlivened. We headed to the Little River Canyon in northeast Alabama and it was the the first of November that the Autumn colors were fully developed. We hiked down into the bottom of the canyon along a creek where cascades are abundantly presented. Tranquil and solitude with fallen leaves carpeted along the creek, those braided streams flowed into the Autumn of the distant downstream forest.
Post-processing: this original raw was so saturated that I have to turn down the saturation to -10. Not much processing other than mid-town contrast, high-pass sharpening, and a bit of vignetting.
Thanks for viewing and C&Cs are welcome.
