I like your subject here, and the long exposure adds a nice calm sense to the image. I think you've gone overboard on the color though. The blues in the clouds have gone a bit nuclear, and the sandstone bluff on the left is also highly oversaturated. This is one of those scenes where you have a very compelling subject as is, and a photo showing the color in a more natural presentation would be perfectly sufficient. For me at least, the strong saturation distracts from the image, and gets in the way of the viewing experience. It's a bit like taking a naturally beautiful woman, then smearing heavy makeup all over her face. If this was mine, I would dial the processing WAY down, and go with a more subtle, understated approach and let the subject speak for itself.

My personal taste would have me dial down the saturation just a smidge and clone out that small black rock on the right hand side of the frame. Other than that - looks superb!
