I loved Henrik's eagle with gory meal and it reminded me of some shots I took with an eerily similar stump

I was going to number them but felt confident that you all can count to 4

Wow, all are nice, but that first shot is the winner. Great perch and what a BG. Nicely done.

I love it when the shot background colour is well coordinated with the subject colour......well done Eric.

These are nice, Eric. I like the shadow in 1 and 3, along with the slightly darker BG. Good work.

Thanks Birdie...as much as a hindrance rain can be the saturation all but makes up for any issues it brings.

Thanks Peter, I agree although photographing in the rain isn't exactly what I'd asked for...but sometimes, if you try real hard....you get what you need
