Nice set of little ones Karl. #2, 5 and 6 are my picks. In #5, I might crop tighter from behind the bird. I like #6 as well, but I might crop out the lower half to a square crop or something. TFS
Okay, I can be a bit more constructive than that. Going through these one of the things going through my mind is what a great set of perches. Really, they add so much to the comps and shots. 2 & 6 are standouts for the perches and 5 is over the top with the pose and scrolly perch. I really like that one. I'm wondering if it is worth the effort to remove the fuzzy bits floating about? A matter of taste I suppose.

I especially like 3 through 6. I love the lady cardinals, and she's a nice one. 3, 5, and 6 have great perches and BG's they've got it all. Personal preference not to include 1, I tend to like the subject bigger in the frame, it's a nice shot though, same for the frog. The last one, well, kudos for trying something different.
I love the symmetry between the briar stem and the pose in 1 Karl. All the boids are very well done, but the little chick's pose is super cute and that one has a great comp. Froggy is sittin' in a very nice comp, and the last shot is, well, maybe a beer would help... JK ~ Ron
