Had a tough time finding the right forum for this, but ended up landing here. I've always been fascinated with the view from my window seat and I'm guessing there are a few others here as well.

It is hard to get everything technically perfect from a plane, but once in a while it all works out. Please share what you've got.

Yes, shooting for the plane window can be amazing! I took a couple trips to AK, and got some stuff I liked. As you say, there is always a compromise with the plane window effects, but you can still often make a decent shot. Here are my favorite 4 from 2 trips:

That shot on the approach to Anchorage is great. Love the winding river and the misty clouds over the trees.

Don't remember where I was going (maybe NYC to Cleveland :-)) but I do remember how explosive this particular cloud formation looked.
