These guys live in my small backyard here in Tucson AZ. This morning I decided to lay on the ground (in my house) and shoot out the sliding glass door. I was really hoping to get the Zebra Tailed Lizard while he was flicking his tail in the air. But..... nope.
A flash with "extender" was used to get the nice catchlight.

Nice shots!
Not easy to get within shooting distance of the wary zebra-tailed lizard!

Thank you Ted and Herb. Looks like #3 is a crowd favorite. I'm glad I can share lizards with you all. Many people live in areas with little to no lizards. We have over a dozen species that I know of.
