in training...the parents have gone from handing the food to their youngs in flight to tossing it for the youngs to catch in mid air...

Thought it could just grab for it...notice the reach in next shot as the parent pulled away...

Those are great interactions captured between parent and offspring. I have to ask what bird did you choose to focus on

Tough decision!! That said I'm guessing you were far enough away that everything rendered in focus anyways.

...happened too quick to decide which bird to focus on. Just pointed in the right direction and squeezed the trigger...and hope for the camera to do its part right...
