They're beautiful images for sure. You've got some great subjects to work with. I'm not sure I favor your post-processing though.

You're doing a lot of smoothing in post that makes the images look painting-like, and that's okay if that's you're objective, but you're also losing a lot of feather detail.

I know many nature photogs tend to lean more towards the sharpness end of the spectrum, you may be onto something with your painting-style photos. But I'm old school, and would prefer to see more detail.

Oh wow! These are terrific! You can even see the pink in the wings where the adult plumage hasn't filled in. I hope you get to spend a lot of time with this owl family.
