My new favourite subject (sorry eagles)

They are actively building the nest in the end of the log I posted yesterday. Here are a few shots from early this morning. They occasionally vocalize and dance around each other. No elaborate rushing like other grebe species. And don't worry, this afternoon I'm heading to the eagles.

Nice Geoff - Shot 3 with the water being thrown around is really nice. This is a species I have not yet clicked!
