this one seems noisy and has a bit of artifacts in it. Was this shot in RAW?

It was shot in RAW at 1/4 sec at ISO 1600. A long exposure blurred the ocean too much in the distance, making it unrecognizable. The D200 is terrible for noise at high ISO's; I have since acquired a D610 which is much improved.

It isn't bad on my NEC PA27 screen, but a little more noise reduction may help. I don't see the artifacts.
