The final image is hands down my favorite. The composition works so well with the aurora stretching down the middle. I think that for aurora images to work well, there needs to be something else of substance besides just a beautiful sky. #5 has that with its lovely silhouetted trees and pleasing composition.

These are particularly incredible because of the stunning foreground landscape. Fantastic capture!

My friends and I were lucky enough to be in Iceland on March 17 … but we didn't have landscape like this!

Absolutely Amazing!!! I think these are the best aurora photos I've seen. It's hard to pick, but I think I like 3 and then 5 the best. This is Saskatchewan?
