After a temperate weekend, the day is an early March day - dull light, wind, and temps that feel colder than they are. Crocuses emerged in the warm days, and most got blasted overnight. This stands strong against the cold, and even with the riotous motion in the dead grasses, I think your eye knows exactly where to go.
First outing with my new (used) 100mm Canon macro. The light was so dull, the lens could not AF. I was glad to get back in the house.
