I normally hang out in the landscape or Nikon areas but I thought these would fit better here. These were taken in the Columbia river gorge area this year which set a record for the number of salmon returning. Watching the salmon made me glad I wasn't a salmon. It just looks exhausting, constantly chasing, fighting, running aground. There bodies becoming more and more damaged and starting to fall apart. Then everyone of them (except the steelhead) die. Exhausting.... I had to go home and take a nap. Thanks for looking. In case anyone had doubts the blur was a conscious decision to try to convey the motion and make the pictures a little more abstract.

Welcome to N&W posting Brian. #3 is my choice as best in set too, followed by #4. The blur in the last looks more deliberate, and for me works well, whereas the first two could just be accidental. Cheers!
