Home made Butternut squash tortellini. Every bite contains a hidden burst of flavor! I know it's a stretch, but....

for the curious, the tortellini was tossed with a brown butter sage sauce with dried cranberries and pecans.

Thanks everyone! Loving the new size, as it allows much more detail to come through! Thanks Fred! As for the dish, it's super easy to make. It is Giada De Laurentiis' recipe which you can find on FoodTV.com. It's made with won-ton wrappers which I think taste as good as pasta for this, and makes it a LOT easier to make!
