This is my first attempt at shooting children. All were shot with just natural light. I tried to pull out one speed light but they were not into standing in spot long enough to be in front of the flash. I would love some honest C&C so I can get better.

1 is very cute and great photo. I like her expression, colors, composition and lighting.

My eye is drawn to the out of focus hand on 2. Also, the skin and light on the face looks unnatural.
