Now, about the picture - I think a bit wider would be even better. Cropping through the fingers is usually not best. But the expression here is good and makes the picture attractive.

Nice capture in some really nice light. It is perfectly understandable that he is wearing sunglasses in that light... too bad we can't see his eyes.
