I tried some intentional blur at a location recently and I'm hoping the location is still recognizable

What do you think - does this work? It was an attempt to get a unique perspective on a well photographed location.

Well you certainly got a unique perspective. I think it's interesting. Definitely would file that one under art. It's probably a desert if I had to guess. Maybe death valley? I don't know. I'm not overly familiar with deserts as I live in TN.

Yeah looks like deadvlei. Wife and I were talking about going there just the other day but we can't afford the flight

The shot does have an interesting take, and is different. Nice creativity here.

Namib Desert in southern Namibia. Did some homework! Good job. ( I mean not you but me! )

Yep you win the car

It is Deadvlei. Deadvlei is a kind of unique place with unmistakable features but its been photographed thousands and thousands of times which is fine you still want to get the same shots as everyone else. But I also try and get something different whenever I go to a well known spot.
