p.1 #1 · p.1 #1 · Which one is better?

I went to Karwendel today (Zum Geroldsee for specificity), and "discovered" the incredible rolling hills and the shacks that are built on them. I actually got a legitimate sunset -- the first I've had on my whole Europe trip, so I want to see which one you guys think is better.

I also found out that photography is easier when you go to beautiful places, and not the middle of the desert surrounding south Phoenix.

I'm gonna say image 1.

I like the colors in the sky, and consequently the lake/pond, better in image 1.

The building in image 2 has more character, but the building in the foreground in 1 is more photogenic.

The field in 2 looks a little too yellow.

Image 1 has the composition that allows the viewer to see the mountains at the left also.

I like image 1 better, but I would think about removing the background building that is adjacent to the apex of the roof of the building in the foreground.

That's a tough call but I'm going with #2. I like the exposure more. Brighter with more color.

two lovely shots, I prefer 1 though it seems to pull me in more than 2.

I like the colours more in v2 of #2 compares to v1.

I'd have to vote for #1, but I keep wanting to see more of the putting green on the right side.

Funny when we get out of the desert, anything green looks like a picture.

You can definitely tell where they let the cows graze at. It looked like they cycled them around the area. The cows were directly above me uphill from where I took the photo.

And yep. When I landed in Germany and saw hills with grass I felt like there were a million photos I needed to take at that instant.
